KILLER MIKE PROJECT

This is a personal project that I dedicated to the rapper Killer Mike. Some may know Mike from the hip-hop duo "Run the Jewels", however, he is also a big advocate for the African-American community. As a non-mainstream personality, his works for the black community often goes unnoticed.
This piece was created to give recognition and will be given to the Black Student Union as a holographic print.
EDITORIAL

This was a project for my Digital-Photography for Designers class. The goal was to create an editorial for an article about the nuclear power plants that harm the water in Florida. Using a Nikon D3500, some special effects, as well as the rules of typography, I was able to create a successful editorial.
IN-Store HOLIDAY AD

This was a project for my Digital-Photography for Designers class. The goal was to create an in-store holiday ad. We had the option of picking one holiday and any store of our choice to create an in-store holiday ad. I chose to advertise wedding products for Hobby Lobby.
UNITY IS OUR STREGNTH

"Unity is Our Strength" was a commission for the Black Student Union (BSU). The phrase "Unity is our Strength" is the official motto of the BSU. Using my signature style I was able to create a piece that signifies stregnth and unity.
PHOTOGRAPHY COVER

This was a combination of a passion project and an assignment. The original assignment was to create a simple binder cover for our process binders in photography class. I took the initiative to test my design skills by combining multiple different elements to create one cohesive image, in which I find visually pleasing.
BSU: T-SHIRT DESIGN

This is a t-shirt design I made for the Black Student Union. The ideal for this shirt was to include different generations of influential African-Americans. The color scheme of the BSU is green yellow and red which is why I chose the colors.
ASA: T-SHIRT DESIGN

This is a t-shirt design for the African-Student Association. The client wanted me to represent Africa in a regal way. The client expressed a vision of a crown and the continent of Africa within the shirt design. I brought the clients vision to life by using hints of gold and a modernized style to make this design visually pleasing.
MONOPOLY INFOGRAPHIC

This was a project for my Intro to Graphic Design class. My goal was to create an info-graphic about the food monopoly in America. 10 companies own 90% of our food supply. This info-graphic breaks down which 10 companies are involved, who owns what, and the problems and solutions of the food monopoly.
LOGO TRANSLATIOn

The goal of this project was to take a real life object and translate it into 3 final logos. The object I had was a kitchen brush. To make this logo come alive in all three versions I played with value, details, type, and line widths.
